Next Generation JLTP
We will soon be starting work on the next generation of Joint Local Transport Plans which will take the current Plan beyond 2011. In line with draft Government Guidance the Plan is likely to take the shape of a long term Strategy and a short term Delivery Plan.
Look out for more information in autumn 2009.

Welcome to the home of the West of England Joint Local Transport Plan, covering the council areas of Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol City, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The four councils are working in partnership to plan and deliver transport improvements in the West of England area. The Joint Local Transport Plan is the first step towards this, setting out our plans for improving transport over the next five years (2006-2011), and a longer term vision, looking ahead 20 - 30 years.
