Transport and Works Act information

At the Joint Transport Executive Committee meeting on 12 November the committee have been asked to recommend to Bristol City Council and North Somerset Council that an applications for a Transport and Works Act order is approved.

	The Department for Transport have a 34 page guidance booklet to Transport and Works Act orders that exaplins how to get involved in the process and make comments.
